Fragrance Composition
Liu Bao (Dark tea) × Rosa Chinensis
Liu Bao tea, from Wuzhou in Guangxi, China, is a postfermented tea known for its smooth woody aroma, aged earthiness, and gentle warmth. Its signature “cellar scent” or “yao xiang” is considered a mark of well-aged richness, often associated with wellness and inner balance.
Rosa Chinensis, one of the earliest double-petal rose varieties, dates back to the Tang Dynasty. With its soft pink color and long blooming life, it is known as the “longevity flower” and is the botanical ancestor of many modern Western roses. It carries the quiet elegance of old-world Chinese gardens.
