You can shop all eco-conscious products from Malaysia and around the world in one place, from apparel to home and beauty. We value creativity, design and innovation. Every product are intentionally chosen to ensure it can directly contribute back to the people and the planet.

Our global curation is strictly guided by a set of eight sustainable metrics. Each product is curated with the people and the planet in mind. We ensure that we and our brand partners are continuously making a positive impact for our society and environment.

Yes, UNPLUG is created by Malaysians. It was established in 2018 with a physical conscious select store located in Kuala Lumpur. We work with entrepreneurs and creators in Malaysia and around the world to bring you a global selection of eco-conscious products. Currently, we have with us 50 brands from over 20 countries.

UNPLUG is more than just a concept shop. It brings awareness to sustainable living and better choices by offering a global curation of sustainably and ethically made products. It also serves as a community platform for eco conscious makers, creatives, innovators and entrepreneurs to increase exchange knowledge and collaborate. 

We move away from mass production, synthetic materials and trends to broaden our collective appreciation for authentic design, craftsmanship and human values. UNPLUG offers a way out from the trappings of the fast culture and provides an easy transition to sustainable living and mindful consumption

We’ve made it simple. It’s free to join; all you have to do is enter your email address and create a password to sign up.

All existing customers are automatically enrolled into the program, and will just need to log in to activate their account.

REDEEM:Redeem cash coupons and more.

You can earn points in several ways.

Create an account : 500 points (once)

Spend RM1 : 3 point (unlimited)

Refer a friend : RM20 off (unlimited)

Connect on Instagram : 100 points (once)

Connect on Facebook : 50 points (once)

The more you do and the more points you get, the more you save.

Spend points at checkout: You can choose to spend points at the checkout. Once you have at least 500 points, if you are logged into your loyalty account, you’ll have the option to redeem your points starting at RM5 cash coupon = 500 points. You’ll be able to use the slider to nominate how many points you would like to spend, then redeem and apply the discount directly at the checkout.

Free Shipping Voucher, RM5, RM10, RM20, RM30 cash coupon: Once you reach an eligible number of points, vouchers will appear redeemable under the ‘All rewards’ section of the dashboard. Simply click ‘View’ —> ‘Redeem’ —> then you can click ‘Apply code’ or copy and paste it at checkout. You can access your unclaimed rewards at any time under the section ‘Your rewards’ in your loyalty dashboard.

Unfortunately not – you will only be eligible to receive points on purchases made after becoming a member. But we will gift you 500 points just for signing up!
