Guide to wash your natural dye clothes/ garments:

Note: Always hand wash your natural dye garment/fabric separately with cold tap water.

Fill up a container with enough cold tap water for the garment to submerge.

Pump in MUNI’s delicate detergent as shown on product label.

Stir until dissolved then gently submerge the garment.

Soak only for 5-10 minutes. Don’t leave it too long.

Gently agitate the soap water onto the garment.

Rinse with clean cold water.

To remove excess water, lightly press onto the fabric. Don’t scrub or wring it.

To dry, turn the garment inside out then hang dry under shade. Avoid direct sunlight as that may fade the colour especially for indigo dyed garments.

Storing & Ironing:

Store your fully dried garments in an enclosed dry area with no direct exposure to strong artificial or sunlight.

To iron, place a piece of cloth to avoid direct heat contact with the garment. A low to medium high setting is recommended.

Be careful of strong deodorants & perfumes as it may stain the fabric.

Spraying perfumes directly onto your fabrics can cause a chemical reaction that will discolor the fabric.

Avoid citric acid substances such as citrus fruits including lemons, oranges and limes.
