Ylang-ylang flowers, when cultivated ,produce a heady essential oil. In the Comoros, southern Africa, it was traditionally used as an intestinal antiseptic and to fight against malaria. In the Philippines, flowers blended with coconut oil kept away fever and infections. The essential oil of ylang-ylang first is obtained one hour after the extra.

Ylang-ylang essential oil has soothing virtues and its reputation as an aphrodisiac was born in Indonesia. It is also used successfully in case of skin and dry hair.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENT

Recommended daily portion: 1 to 3 drops per day (equivalent to 45 to 135mg) during maximum 4 to 5 days in a teaspoon of FLORAME vegetable oil.
