Inspired by provenance and sustainability, the Slow Dine features heritage recipes and aims to draw your attention to the entire local value chain from farm to table.
In this edition of Slow Dine, we are featuring the best produce from our friends at GK Organic Farm, which is located in Bangi, Selangor. They have been growing organic vegetables and fruits since 1994, using only their own compost. GK Organic Farm believes that the best food is as nature intended.
A Malay Heritage Menu
The Malay heritage varies throughout the country, mainly influenced by trade and migration from different cultures, such as Arab, Indian, Chinese, Siamese, Javanese and Minangkabau. In this edition of Slow Dine, we are showcasing the culture’s signature dishes as well as some of the lesser-known flavours from around the region.

A meal is a blessing and it should be enjoyed slowly. At Slow Dine, food is served in sustainable homeware curated from UNPLUG’s collection of local conscious brands.
