Junshan Yinzhen (Yellow Tea) × Bourbon Rose

Junshan Yinzhen is a rare yellow tea from the island of Junshan on Dongting Lake, Hunan, China. It is one of the six major tea types in China and is prized for its delicate “sealed  yellowing” process.


Bourbon Rose originated from the French colony of Île Bourbon (now Réunion Island). The variety Souvenir de la Malmaison was named in tribute to Empress Josephine’s private rose garden, reflecting a blend of aristocratic elegance and romantic history.
