Weaving Hope
ninē-ninē is a women’s collective in South Lombok that upcycles traditional Bendang (batik) fabrics into eco-friendly products. By repurposing second-hand textiles from their villages, the weavers and seamstresses support their families while championing sustainability, community, and women’s empowerment.
