Not all things are perfect, this is a Less Than Perfect piece (with larger patches of stubborn wax residue) that you can give a second chance to! As batik is a handmade process using wax, some brown/dark wax left behind is inevitable as they are part and parcel of the process. However, these wax residue can be washed off with water, soap and gentle scrubbing. The stains should get lighter over time, and removed after multiple washes.
