Rosemary essential oil in cineole is an excellent tonic and is highly appreciated in winter.

The Plant: Rosemary, a culinary herb, was one of the first plants used for its medicinal properties and is found throughout the Mediterranean basin. The Egyptians, then the Greeks and the Romans used it as a medicinal plant and during their religious ceremonies. It grows spontaneously in North Africa.
